Mia Mariu is an online health and beauty company that sells mineral makeup as well as botanical skin care products. Thanks to Mia Mariu, I had the opportunity to review these three products:
- Mia Mariu Refreshing Foaming Gel Cleanser: a sea kelp and aloe based gel cleanser that provides gentle cleansing for the effective removal of makeup and skin impurities. $19.00 for a 4 oz. bottle.
- Mia Mariu Perfecting Finish Mineral Liquid Foundation: a mineral-based liquid foundation that provides a hydrating smooth finish with all-day coverage, and without any oils or other pore-clogging ingredients. $25 for a 1 oz. bottle.
- Mia Mariu Volumizing and Lengthening Mascara: a lush black mascara that is enriched with vitamin b-5 to provide volume, length, and definition. $13 for one tube.
Mia Mariu Refreshing Foaming Gel Cleanser
I really like the Refreshing Foaming Gel Cleanser. As promised, this cleanser is indeed gentle enough for use all over the face, and even for sensitive skin. A small amount will easily lather and spread, providing the softest and foamiest experience I’ve ever experienced with a facial cleanser — it’s very efficient in what it does!
Mia Mariu Perfecting Finish Mineral Liquid Foundation
The Mia Mariu Perfecting Finish Mineral Liquid Foundation, in the vanilla tone, does an excellent job at providing a hydrating yet light and smooth coverage that is even and very flattering. It does indeed last all day long, and doesn’t feel heavy on my face. Just an FYI, however: if you’re very light-skinned, as I am, you may find that this foundation is just a shade too dark, at least in winter months.
Mia Mariu Volumizing and Lengthening Mascara
The Volumizing and Lengthening Mascara: is an all-around lovely mascara: easy to apply, easy to layer, and leaves lashes separated and defined, yet lengthened as well as thickened. It goes on easily and also comes off easily. FYI: it also runs easily, so take care in the rain!
Mia Mariu is all about providing natural skin care as well as professional quality mineral-based makeup, and I’d say they hit their mark with their products. Shop online at Mia Mariu’s website.
