I am forever after the ultimate mascara. I like length, volume, and definition. It seems like the best I can get out of any particular mascara is two out of three. I went out a few weeks ago to pick up one of Sephora’s mascaras, but since they were sold out, I went to Target instead to see what new mascaras were available. I spotted Cover Girl Lash Blast Fusion Mascara, and it looked and sounded promising, so I decided to try it out.
Ultimately, I was left disappointed. Lash Blast Fusion promises to make every lash look bigger, fuller and longer, for an overall dramatic look. The fine print reads “vs. bare lashes”, and Cover Girl got it right. In comparison to bare lashes, Cover Girl’s Lash Blast Fusion works wonders. In comparison to other mascaras? Not a chance. I saw the length and definition, but definitely not the volume. And no offense, Cover Girl, but I’m not after spidery, wispy looking lashes. :/
