I discovered Febreze Set & Refresh at BlogHer ’10 last month. The premise of the product is simple: provide a no-batteries-or-electricity-needed air freshener that is a little nicer to look at and much more effective than those gel cylinders that give off too much scent and don’t last nearly long enough.
Febreze Set & Refresh is a cute little air freshener that is designed to blend in seamlessly with the look of any home. An oil-based cartridge is loaded into the top of the device and pushed down in order to activate. The device can be opened or closed as desired in order to intensify the scent — which freshens and neutralizes — or lighten it. Available scents include Linen & Sky and Meadows & Rain, both of which I had the opportunity to try while at BlogHer, and even bring home with me!
I have been using my Febreze Set & Refresh in my kitchen, near the trash can and my dog’s crate, for several weeks now, and it’s working beautifully. Its simple design also helps it blend right in with my kitchen, so you don’t walk in and have an air freshener blaring its bold self right at you.
