Yandy Lingerie specializes in sexy lingerie, intimate appeal, and specialty items like Halloween costumes. What I personally love about them is that their regular line of lingerie and plus size lingerie are equally amazing. Too many lingerie companies have an extensive selection of regular-sized lingerie, but then just a handful of items (which are usually plain, boring, black or white, and terribly outdated) to pick from if you happen to wear plus sizes.
Yandy Lingerie recently contacted me to see if I would be interested in reviewing some of their lingerie, and of course I jumped at the chance! Since I’ve lost over a hundred pounds, I’ve finally gotten to a point where I’m an “acceptable” plus size. It’s sad to admit that you can be so plus size that even most plus size lingerie is too small for you, but at this time last year I was definitely at that point. Now I’m able to wear just about any plus size lingerie, and the helpful sizing information that is included with every individual item Yandy Lingerie carries makes it easy to know exactly what size I need.
I picked out the Plus Size Off Shoulder Lace Babydoll and the Plum Bustier and G-string (note: I linked to the regular sized bustier because Yandy.com no longer has the plus size version in stock), and I love both for different reasons. The off shoulder lacy babydoll is a sexy but simply gown that is easy to get into and out of. It takes just seconds to get on, and it’s easy to adjust the off-the-shoulder straps for optimal cleavage and “boobage”, as I like to call it. Then there’s the Plum Bustier and G-string — with matching stockings. It’s such a sexy ensemble, and I absolutely love the color of it. It does take longer to get into, especially with all of the hooks in the front and the need for a delicate touch with strapping the stockings into place with the garters, but the time and effort is well worth it. Even I think I look amazing when I’m in it (see picture to your left), and that’s not something I feel or think — let alone admit — very often!
Shopping with Yandy Lingerie was an easy and pleasurable (no pun intended) experience. Everything is clearly and thoroughly described, and finding lingerie that will both fit and flatter was also easy. I love that Yandy also uses actual plus size models for its plus size lingerie, as opposed to depicting supposed plus size lingerie on regular models, as many apparel companies are wont to do.
