Little Looster is a booster/step stool that is specifically designed for toilets. Unlike regular step stools, which are square or rectangular, the Little Looster is formed into a half circle that fits flush against and around the base of the toilet. With the Little Looster is place, young children can use the toilet safely and securely, and comfortably! No more worries of falling in, no more pins and needles in their legs and feet from dangling, and no more hands gripping the sides of toilets (yuck!) in order to feel safe.
My thoughts on the product? I love it. The Little Looster really does fit snugly around our toilet, and its ingenious design means it can be left in place at all times, since it doesn’t get in the way like traditional square or rectangular booster seats do. My five year old, Alyssa, and my three year old, Ryan, have both been happily using it ever since it arrived in the mail last week. Ryan doesn’t complain about sitting on the toilet for long periods of time (he has some bowel movement issues, so going to the bathroom isn’t always a quick thing for him), and I’ve noticed that Alyssa hops on and off the toilet much more easily and with more confidence than she did before.
As you can see, the Little Looster is designed to be simple, yet effective. In addition to being the perfect size, shape and height, it has a non-slip surface, thanks to raised/textured “Little Looster” lettering.
I just wish I had known about this product three years ago, when Alyssa started potty training. Who knows — her feeling more safe and secure may have encouraged her to potty train sooner!
