I’ve been wanting a pizza crisper for a long time. The biggest reason for wanting one is getting tired of struggling to pull out a bare pizza from the oven without making a mess. But I also like the idea of being able to make soft or crispy pieces, without relying on the type of frozen pizza or crust I’ve purchased in order to get that type of crust. So while I was checking out CSN Stores for some kitchen items, I went searching for a pizza pan. I came up with the Farberware Soft Touch Pizza Crisper. This 13″ pizza crisper features handles on both sides, and a bottom that is perforated with holes, in order to allow the pizza to crisp up and bake thoroughly and evenly.
