Ah, the Schick Intuition Plus Refreshing Moisture. I’ve used and reviewed this product before. I have a love/hate relationship with it. What can I say? I love Schick Intuition Plus Refreshing Moisture because it provides incredible moisture and a very close, smooth shave, without any cuts, nicks, or abrasions. The larger handle and bulky shape of the entire body of the razor makes it easy to wield in the shower. The soap/moisturizer pack surrounding the razor blades provides amazing moisture that makes it very easy and fast to shave with. But (there’s always a but), I hate the fact that the soap/moisturizer pack seems to run out so quickly — particularly beneath the razor blades, on the side that glides along your skin before the blades do. It leaves behind the plastic frame/molding that that soap/moisturizer pack is “formed” around, and it’s hard and scratchy. Shaving isn’t so pleasant with that dragging and catching on your skin! Plus with the moisturizer gone from that side of the razor, I have to use it backwards first, then forwards!
If Schick would redesign the bottom side of the soap/moisturizer pack to last longer, and reshape/change/cushion the plastic frame so that it wouldn’t be quite so scratchy, I think the Intuition razor would be an amazing product that most women wouldn’t want to go without!
