Even though I have a fully functional stove, I’ve been itching to pick up a single or double burner to keep around as a spare. During the holidays especially, it’s not uncommon for me to be a burner or two short, and to resort to the microwave or electric skillet to whip something up. And while those two appliances can certainly save the day, I’d still like to use actual burners. Plus a single or double burner would be great to bring along on trips where we’ll be staying in kitchen-less motels. So when Target marked down the Oster Inspire Double Burner from $39.99 to $34.99, I took the bait. I haven’t had the chance to use it yet, but my mom has the same set, and she says it works great. So, we’ll see!
