Zibits

Categorized in:

Zibits are cute little remote-controlled robots that are perfect as toys for kids or even toys for adults. The company behind Zibits recently sent us one to check out, and right now it’s the new favorite toy in the household.

While Zibits are recommended for children ages 8-18, my three year old son and five year old daughter had no trouble figuring out how to operate our Zibit. The remote control provides two options — forward, which propels the Zibit forwarded; and backward, which causes the Zibit to spin 360°. Using the two controls together allows you to send Zibit wherever you’d like him to go. He also emits cute chirps and robotic noises while he’s on the move, and his eyes light up bright green — so by sound alone you can always tell where he’s at!

Zibit is quite durable, which is a big relief because he has already taken a spin or two eight off the edge of the kitchen table. Since he’s pint-sized, he can also go under most of our furniture, and is easily batted around by the cats, but again, he’s built to last, because despite the few knocks he’s still cruising along.

Zibits retail for just $9.99 and can be purchased from botabingbotaboom.com, Amazon and eToys.com! And with 30+ styles to choose from, you’re bound to find the right Zibit for you!
