Back in September I mentioned that I would be reviewing a sample pack of Yes to Carrots. The sample pack included shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
The first thing I noticed about the Yes to Carrots products is that lack of scent. I had to breathe very deeply in order to get just a hint of scent. I admit, I like scented shower products, particularly with shampoos and conditioners. But I’m not about to write off products based on a faint or lack of scent, so I went ahead and tried everything out.
Despite the lack of scent, I really liked the shampoo and conditioner. Both gave my hair a great clean feeling and plenty of volume. But the shower gel? Eh. It was just eh. No scent, no real lather, nothing to really work with. I would probably buy the shampoo and conditioner again, but I’d skip the shower gel.
