I have a slight mascara fetish. I keep trying mascaras, hoping to find one that provides length, volume and definition/separation. So far I haven’t found the perfect mascara, but I have found many that come close. One I can add to the list is L’Oreal Double Extend Mascara.
L’Oreal Double Extend Mascara offers a white base coat and a finishing mascara coat (brown or black; I opted for black). The base coat reportedly fortifies, and it definitely extends, and the finishing coat magnifies and lengthens even further. I have been using this mascara for several weeks, and I love it! The base coat definitely lengthens and thickens, while the finishing coat provides color and some additional definition, as well as some separation of the individual lashes.

One teensy complaint that I do have is that the finishing coat crumbles and pulls apart in little strips when I go to clean it off. It’s quite messy, even when I use makeup remover-soaked cotton balls or cloths.
But other than that? I love this mascara!
