I was lucky enough to get a set of M.A.C cosmetics for my last birthday, and I'm thrilled with the colours, the effect and how long they last. It's infuriating how expensive M.A.C is; however a year in, and I've barely made a dent in my supply :D The Urban Decay brand was pulled from Australia thanks to bad reviews that were very similar to yours.
