The day after I last blogged about Lane Bryant, I received a letter from Kim, the representative I spoke with on the phone and exchanged emails with. As promised, enclosed was a gift card to compensate me for the three bras, the shipping costs, and the general hassle of the whole situation. The letter was straightforward and definitely addressed my issues:
Thank you yet again to Ritter, the PR for Lane Bryant’s media relations, and to Kim from LB, for taking the time to let me voice my concerns, and for responding appropriately!
P.S. I didn’t use the gift card to purchase any bras, but I did buy this (pink), this (in a bright teal/aqua blue tie-dye tiered style), this and a few pairs of earrings!

I have never had a problem at Lane Bryant. I have always had a pleasant experience and no matter the location whether downtown Chicago, in the St. Louis Galleria, downtown San Antonio, or in the St. Louis metro east… it has been a classy and satisfying experience. I love to raid their sales racks.
Looks like they need to be taught how to use apostrophes and capital letters, but great outcome anyway!
