I have been using my-calorie-counter.com for several years. It may not be all spiffy and snazzy like sparkpeople.com and some of the other A-list calorie/exercise logging websites out there, but it’s simple, basic and straightforward. Without all of the overwhelming options and navigation to weed through, you can get right down to the business of logging your daily nutrition and/or exercise. In my case, keeping tabs on my calorie intake is important, and so what’s what I log. Down to every last piece of food I put in my mouth, I can calculate how much I’ve taken in each day: calories, fat grams, saturated fat, sodium, and so on and so forth.
Best of all? The site is FREE. Whether I’m adding meals and foods that are listed in the database or I need to configure my own, I don’t have to pay a dime. For some people, that means more money to spend on fat burners. For others, like myself, it just means having more money.
