I bought unscented because I have scent allergies and didn't feel like getting hives on my coochie, (haha) and they have full panty length coverage, they cover the whole panty! I've had some panty liners that barely fit the panty at all. They have a great texture, and amazing protection! Like you, I have some really heavy periods in my first 2-3 days, so my tampon sorta had an oopsie, and the pantyliner totally saved me! So yeah, I totally agree, the Always Infinity line of products are super outstanding.
