Nearly four weeks ago, I picked up some food from Subway, and got a lot less soup than what I paid for and what was advertised:
I contacted Subway via subway.com, detailing what had happened, including a link to the photo posted in this entry, and left my contact information. I also blogged about it.
I never heard back from anyone.
So they’re essentially condoning employees ripping off Subway customers?
I have picked up Subway two times since, and have made sure to watch the employees closely, and check on the soup before leaving the store.
