Fudge is delicious, but it’s expensive to buy, and a pain in the butt to make. The last time I followed a fudge recipe, it was a mess to make and really didn’t taste all that good. So when I spotted a box of Eagle Brand Premium Decadent Fudge for less than $4, I was too tempted to resist.

Well, I’m happy to report that Eagle Brand fudge was quick and easy to make, and it tastes delicious. Preparation involves melting two tablespoons of chopped butter with the included chocolate chips and condensed milk, stirring the mixture until it’s smooth, stirring in the included vanilla and walnuts (these are optional, obviously), then pouring it all into the included box and refrigerating for two hours.

So far I’ve tried the plain fudge with walnuts, and the white chocolate fudge with crumbled Oreo cookies. Both are delicious, and equally easy to make!
