I’m trying to get better with healthy cooking. For the most part I do well, but when it’s on nights when my husband is at work, cooking healthy for just myself and two toddlers without having an excess amount can be a pain. And since we’re not one for leftovers, I hate having extra food to deal with.
Feel free to share with me some of your more healthy recipes that are perfect for one adult and two small children.

I’ll recommend making sushi back home. It’s quite healthy. And, to make it is actually not as hard as you might have expected it to be. The best part of making sushi back home is you can use the excess materials for making sushi to make salad. There are various types of sushi: makizushi or rolls, nigirizushi, inarizushi, and chirashi-zushi etc. I think you can find one type you do like among them. If you are interested in how to make it, check the relevant information in my website. Hope it might help.
