I am fortunate to be able to work from home. Between the income I make from using blog marketing and advertising techniques with my websites, and the freelance writing that I do for a few different companies, I am able to stay at home with my daughter and son, while contributing a good income towards our household.

The downside of being a freelance writer is that you learn a lot more about bland topics such as promotional products, business cards and Christmas cards that you would ever have dreamed of knowing!
