Hello, and welcome to In My Bag! My name is Jenn, and this is my product review blog. 
On July 17th, 2008, I placed an order with Kleargear for an I’m Blogging This t-shirt. That was the only item in the order. I submitted accurate billing and shipping information, and paid immediately via PayPal.
It is now August 14th, 2008, and I still do not have my shirt. I don’t have a shipping confirmation. I don’t have an acknowledgment of PayPal except for what PayPal itself sends. I also don’t have a response to an email I sent on August 2nd, 2008:
To whom it may concern:
On July 17th I placed an order for the following t-shirt: http://www.kleargear.com/1343.html
It is now August 1st, and I have never received any type of update on the order. I paid via PayPal account, [Paypal account]. The transaction ID is [Transaction ID].
I would appreciate an update on the order – such as when I may receive the merchandise I paid for over two weeks ago. Otherwise, please refund the money I paid and I will go elsewhere.

Well Kleargear, I may not have your I’m Blogging This t-shirt, but I’m still blogging about your craptacular service! And I’m going to do my best to get the word out and warn everyone away from your thieving company.

Oh, the irony that you are Blogging about not receiving your “I’m Blogging This” shirt. Probably lost on the people at Kleargear. I second the vote for ThinkGeek, I’ve been really happy with the shirts I’ve ordered from them.
I think I will just go for thinkgeek.com. The only reason I didn’t before was because I wasn’t keen on advertising a website on the back of the shirt!

http://oreilly.com/ has really done a lot for the internet in general and web 2.0 so if there’s anybody you’re going to be forced to advertise, he’d be the one I’d choose.
He also coined the term and sold the first “I’m blogging this” shirts. I think that he basically sold the rights to Thinkgeek to sell it as long as they included the small ad on the back.
