I don’t normally shop at Wal-Mart, but the few times I am there, I have no problem with trying their generic brand, Equate. Generally speaking, generic brands are often as good as the name brands. Since I needed astringent, I picked some up at Wal-Mart, and decided to get the Equate brand, since it was $2 cheaper.
The astringent I bought is for sensitive skin, but it’s apparently not sensitive enough for the delicate skin above my eyes. The two times I used a bit of the astringent there (soaked into tissues), the burning sensation I encountered was very painful! Suffice to say, I won’t be using this astringent again.
