Coppertone SPORT Faces SPF 50 My husband and I, along with my husband’s two sisters, went to an amusement park on Sunday. I knew the day would be mostly sunny (it did start out rather overcast), and that being in a water park for several hours would increase the risk of sunburn, so I shopped around for a decent sunscreen the day before. I came across Coppertone SPORT Faces SPF 50, and decided to give it a try. I admit that a good chunk of my decision to buy this particular sunscreen was its small size — a four ounce bottle would fit perfectly in my husband’s swim short’s pocket so re-applying throughout the day would be quick and convenient. But I also trusted the Coppertone brand.

I definitely made a good choice in sunscreen. We got lazy and didn’t re-apply, until after we were in the water park until after 3pm, yet I barely burned — a hint of red on the front of my shoulders. My husband’s back was a little more red, but he also burns very easily, so that was almost expected. The sunscreen was a bit greasy, and it did sting (my husband accidentally rubbed some in his eyes), but thankfully it absorbed relatively quickly. I would definitely buy this sunscreen again!
