So I first saw L’Oreal HiP Shocking Shadow Pigments last fall, when I was looking for a pink eyeshadow. I winced at the price tag — $10.00 — but after buying the shadow, I had no regrets. Sure, I paid $10 for a tiny little vial of loose powder, but a little bit of this stuff goes a very long way. The included applicator brush needs only a tiny dusting of the loose power for a basic layer of color. Three dips of the brush results in vibrant colors that POP. Best of all, they last all day and well into the night, with no re-application needed.
