So when I’m bored, I do random blog surfing and researching. Today’s random surfing brought up prohormones. Prohormones, natural and not-so-natural supplements, herbal remedies, steroids… I don’t think it’s healthy to fill our bodies with all of that stuff! I take a multi-vitamin once a day, but that’s it in terms of medication and such goes.
Ugh, I feel very, very sleepy right now. :/
