SynchPst SynchPst is an absolute must if you have two or more computers and are looking for an easy, efficient way to synchronize your Microsoft Outlook email and/or calendar and/or contacts on all of them. I discovered SynchPst a few years ago, after I first got my laptop and was looking for a way to keep my email updated between it and my desktop. I had a software solution that worked with Outlook Express, but then it up and quit working, so Microsoft Outlook it was.

SynchPst is ridiculously easy to use. Simply install, fire it up, point it to the .pst data file on your computer, then point it to the remote .pst data file (the one on your second computer). It’ll then run through and pull up a list of all the changes it needs to make between the two — deleted items, sent items, new mail, added contacts, calendar events and more — and once you confirm the choices, runs through and does the job of synchronizing.

SynchPst isn’t free, but the $40 price tag is well worth the cost of this very useful mail synchronizing program!
