Our secondary bathroom’s bathroom sink is leaking. When we first moved in we immediately noticed the link in the master bathroom, and ran out and bought a new faucet and drain pipe not long after. A few months later we spotted our kitchen sink leaking, and dropped a large chunk of change to replace the crappy, cheap faucet with a very nice one. Now we have the secondary bathroom. Geez. What is it with this house and leaky faucets?! Water damage is so expensive, and so hardly covered by homeowners insurance…
