I doubt it's the same as this stuff, but I ended up not liking it because it was pretty greasy/oily. I switched to a L'oreal stuff that was contact-safe (the Avon stuff was DEFINITELY not contact-safe), and while it kinda felt weird on my contacts it did an awesome job on my eyes. If I still wore heavy makeup I'd use it all the time... but most of it comes off when I wash my face at night and the rest comes off with the morning shower.
